Level Up is a grassroots project brought to you by the McGill Executive Institute. We created a series of micro-learning modules for professionals seeking to level up and acquire key insights and tools in an online format that is easily accessible.

the Purpose
Building our purpose and vision for this project was the first set in achieving what we call Level Up today.

Provide practical tips and tools that leaners can use immediately after attending the sessions.

Provide an interactive space for participants to practice the tools being provided to them

Create a strongly branded series; language, design, color schemes


Series theme & topic selection Design
Each Spring and Fall a series of interviews are conducted with corporate clients, field experts, and research professors. The interview data combined with an analysis of the current situation allow us to curate topics that are meaningful to our community.
Faculty selection & onboarding

Once our theme and topics have been established, faculty are recruited and onboarded on the Level Up Series. Faculty selection consists of recruiting experts in their fields, performing interviews and selecting the right candidate for our community. Once selected faculty are introduced onboarded, learning about the missing and purpose of the project and establishing expectations and timelines

presentation & experience design
Once our faculty are onboarded, the preparation for our session begins. Faculty design the content of the session and create a preliminary PowerPoint presentation for the session. Several meetings are booked between myself and the faculty in order to establish content flow and activities for participant interactions. Once the flow and activities have been finalized, I rebrand the presentations to ensure a solid brand presence on all our sessions.

Moderation & discussion
It is finally time to deliver our carefully created experience to our community! Level Up sessions typically host anywhere from 250 - 400 participants. Our faculty are experts in their fields. I moderate the sessions, answering live questions, managing the chat, and assisting the faculty in whatever they need to deliver a seamless experience.
